M/S Nile Supreme Cruise

THE WORST CRUISE IN THE WORLD!!!! If you want to waist your money then go right ahead and be a guest on this ship. From the time we arrived on board it was nothing but a shocking experience. When we arrived we were made to wait 3hrs after the time we were meant to check in and when we were finally given the keys, the room was not what we paid for and we're told that we had no other option but to wait till the next day because it wasn't free, even though that's not we're told over the phone when we booked and when we paid and none of the rooms look anything like what you see on the ship, those pictures when of when the boat was just new, over 17 years ago. Both rooms were not clean at all and that's putting it lightly especially with the pee all over the floor in the bathroom. When ever we asked for something in the so called "all you can eat buffet" we were told "no worries" and never thought of again until we had asked four or five different people. There was a couple of great people that dealt completely professional and one that I clearly remember is Mr Mohamad at the reception desk, he was lways polite and respectful and always trying to make us comfortable and helping any way he could. BUT!!! Then we have the supposed tour guide 3Alla he is the rudest, most unprofessional, money hungry scum bag of all scum bags that has no idea of what he is talking about when it came to Egypt's history and the only thing that he cared about was how he could take the guests money, weather it was the Alabaster shop or the perfume oil shop or the seperate cruise to the Nubian island it was made known later in the cruise that he made a HUGE commission from all and is completely untrustable and is an absolute their so please DO NOT TRUST him. To conclude, I recommend that you go elsewhere (another cruise) to spend your hard earned cash so that your able to enjoy this beautiful cruise in this beautiful country and and really experience the great history of the Pharoah's and I hope that none of you have the same experience that my family and I just had.
